Are your paraeducators equipped with the tools they need to support students with emotional and behavioral challenges? Working with students identified with emotional-behavioral disorders requires more than dedication—it requires specialized strategies and an understanding of the foundations of these disorders. Well-intentioned approaches that may not mat needs can unintentionally escalate student emotions and behaviors and reduce learning readiness. This training provides paraeducators and support staff with foundational knowledge and practical, easy-to-apply techniques to better manage challenging situations, promote student regulation, and support positive participation. With consistent strategies and a unified approach, your team can respond with confidence, keep students safe, and strengthen classroom stability. Let's build a shared vision and empower every member of your team.
